อาจารย์ชื่นชม เริ่มต้นเส้นทางการศึกษาในระบบโรงเรียนประจำของประเทศอังกฤษตั้งแต่อายุ 9 ปี ณ Malvern College หนึ่งในโรงเรียนชั้นนำของประเทศ ประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตและการเรียนรู้ในสภาพแวดล้อมดังกล่าว ได้หล่อหลอมความเข้าใจถึงบทบาทของโรงเรียนในฐานะพื้นที่ที่ดูแลทั้งการเรียนรู้ วินัย และการเติบโตของเด็กอย่างรอบด้าน
ภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา อาจารย์ชื่นชมสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและโท สาขา Civil Engineering ด้วยเกียรตินิยมจาก Imperial College London ประเทศอังกฤษ ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำระดับโลก การศึกษาดังกล่าวได้วางรากฐานด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ การลงมือปฎิบัติ คุณภาพมาตรฐาน และการวางแผนระยะยาว
เส้นทางอาชีพเริ่มต้นในสายงานวิศวกรรมกับบริษัท Team Group ด้าน Engineering Consultant ในโครงการระบบขนส่งมวลชน (BTS/MRT) ก่อนเข้าร่วมงานกับบริษัทข้ามชาติ Royal Dutch Shell Oil ในด้านการเทรดซื้อขายน้ำมันและซัพพลายเชนระดับภูมิภาคเอเซีย ประสบการณ์ในองค์กรข้ามชาตินี้ ได้หล่อหลอมแนวคิดด้านการบริหารจัดการ และระบบบริหารคุณภาพ กระบวนการขั้นตอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพระดับองค์กร
ต่อมาท่านได้เข้าสู่ด้านการศึกษาและก่อตั้งสถาบันพัฒนาเด็กเล็กเพื่อจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาเด็กแบบองค์รวม (Whole Child Development) จากความเชื่อว่าเด็กจะเติบโตได้ดีที่สุดเมื่อได้รับการดูแลอย่างสมดุลทั้งด้านวิชาการ อารมณ์ สุขภาพ และคุณลักษณะชีวิตควบคู่กันไป
โรงเรียนอิมพีเรียลพิจิตร สองภาษา ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2555 และขยายการจัดการศึกษาไปยังจังหวัดพิษณุโลกในปี พ.ศ. 2559 ภายใต้การนำของอาจารย์ชื่นชม โรงเรียนได้รับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทาน ในปี พ.ศ. 2561 และรางวัลสุดยอดโรงเรียนดีเด่นแห่งชาติจากท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี อย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2561 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความต่อเนื่องทางการศึกษา คุณภาพมาตรฐาน และการบริหารจัดการที่ตั้งอยู่บนหลักการในการพัฒนาเด็กในระยะยาว
นอกจากบทบาทด้านการบริหารและวิชาการ อาจารย์ชื่นชมยังให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านภาษา กีฬา และคุณธรรม โดยมีพื้นฐานด้านกีฬามาตั้งแต่สมัยศึกษา เคยเป็นนักกีฬาตัวแทนของโรงเรียนในหลายประเภท และสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาด้วยผลการเรียนระดับ A* พร้อมทุนการศึกษาด้านวิชาการและศิลปะ
ปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ชื่นชมมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านวิชาการ ภาษา ระบบการดูแลนักเรียน (Pastoral Care) และความร่วมมือกับชุมชน เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่ปลอดภัย อบอุ่น และยั่งยืน แนวคิดและประสบการณ์ของท่านได้ถูกหลอมรวมเป็นแนวปฏิบัติร่วมของชุมชนการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนอิมพีเรียล สองภาษา มีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน คือการดูแลให้เด็กทุกคนเติบโตอย่างมั่นใจ เป็นตัวของตัวเอง มีความสุขและพร้อมสำหรับการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

อาจารย์พงษ์ศักดิ์ เริ่มต้นเส้นทางการศึกษาที่ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาตั้งแต่อายุ 15 ปี โดยเข้าศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่ Springdale High School ก่อนสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีเกียรตินิยม สาขา Information Systems & Technology จาก Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในระบบการศึกษานานาชาตินั้นได้หล่อหลอมมุมมองด้านบริหารโครงการ และความเข้าใจต่อการวางรากฐานเพื่อการพัฒนาในระยะยาว
อาจารย์พงษ์ศักดิ์สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทอีก 2 สาขา คือ ด้านบริหารการศึกษา และ MBA ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความเข้าใจด้านบริหารองค์กร การวางกลยุทธ์ และการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ท่านเคยทำงานกับบริษัทข้ามชาติ Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company ในสายงานซัพพลายเชนและโลจิสติกส์ระหว่างประเทศ ก่อนย้ายไปดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการประจำโรงงานผลิตน้ำมันหล่อลื่น Shell Deutschland GmbH (Grasbrook Center) เมืองฮัมบวร์ก ประเทศเยอรมนีโดยดูแลการบริหารโครงการ ระบบการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิต และการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยี
ปัจจุบัน ท่านมีบทบาทสำคัญในทีมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอิมพีเรียล สองภาษา โดยดูแลด้านกลยุทธ์ทางการศึกษา การบริหารกิจกรรมและโครงการ กิจกรรมเสริมทักษะ (Co-Curricular Activities) และการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้สมัยใหม่เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน
นอกจากนี้ ท่านยังเป็นประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารสถาบันแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศ GO USA Global Exchange ซึ่งสนับสนุนนักเรียนในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประสบการณ์การศึกษานานาชาติอย่างรอบด้าน

อาจารย์อรรถพล เริ่มต้นการศึกษาในระบบโรงเรียนประจำของประเทศอังกฤษตั้งแต่อายุ 8 ปี ณ Malvern College หนึ่งในโรงเรียนชั้นนำของประเทศ ประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตในประเทศอังกฤษและการเรียนรู้ในสภาพแวดล้อมดังกล่าว ได้หล่อหลอมความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งต่อบทบาทของโรงเรียนในการมอบความสมดุลและการพัฒนาเด็กแบบองค์รวม
อาจารย์อรรถพลสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา Electronics and Communications Engineering และระดับปริญญาโท สาขา IT Engineering for Manufacturing จาก University of Warwick ก่อนศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา โดยประสบการณ์ทางการศึกษาดังกล่าวได้วางรากฐานด้านการคิดเชิงระบบวิศวกรรม และการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในบริบทการเรียนการสอน
ในด้านประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ อาจารย์อรรถพลมีประสบการณ์การสอนในรายวิชา Design & Technology (D&T), Robotics, Information Technology ควบคู่กับบทบาทด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยท่านมีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้ประเมินสถานศึกษา (Certified Inspector of School) ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความเข้าใจเชิงลึกด้านมาตรฐานและกระบวนการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาให้กับสถานศึกษาอื่นๆ ทั่วประเทศ
อาจารย์อรรถพลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนา Digital Infrastructure ของโรงเรียนอิมพีเรียล สองภาษา สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบ Hybrid Interactive ให้ดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง นอกจากนี้ท่านยังมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT & Network กับองค์กรชั้นนำ อาทิ การบินไทย และ Tesco Lotus ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความแข็งแกร่งด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนอย่างยั่งยืน

Miss Choenchom began her education in the UK boarding school system at Malvern College, one of the UK’s leading independent schools from the age of nine. Living and learning within this environment shaped her understanding of the school’s role as a place that nurtures academic learning, discipline, and the holistic growth of children.
Following the completion of her secondary education, she graduated with honours in Civil Engineering at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels from Imperial College London, one of the world’s elite academic college. Her education experiences laid a strong foundation in systematic thinking, problem-solving, quality standards, end-to-end application and long-term planning.
Her career began in engineering consultancy with Team Group, contributing to major mass-transit infrastructure projects in Bangkok, including the BTS and MRT systems. She later joined Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company, working in oil trading and regional supply chain operations across Asia. Experience within a international company further shaped her approach to management, organizational development projects, and efficient operational processes.
Guided by the core belief that children thrive when their development is balanced across academic, emotional, physical, and character domains, Miss Choenchom founded an early childhood development centre focused on Whole Child Development. This vision later led to the establishment of Imperial Phichit Bilingual School in 2012, followed by expansion to Phitsanulok in 2016.
Under her leadership, Imperial Bilingual School was awarded the Royal Award School in 2018 and has since received the National Outstanding School Award from the Prime Minister consecutively from 2018 to the present. These recognitions reflect continuity in educational provision, quality standards, and leadership grounded in long-term child development.
Beyond her leadership and academic responsibilities, Miss Choenchom places strong emphasis on the all-round development of students, including language, sport, and character education. With her background in school athletic team in several sports and academic achievement level at A* she values a holisitic child development as a foundation for lifelong learning.
Today, she plays a central role in leading Imperial’s academic program, bilingual education, pastoral care, oversight of academic staff appraisal and continuing professional development. Her experience and educational philosophy are embedded into the daily practices of the school community, united by one purpose: to support and nurture every child in growing with confidence, happiness, and lifelong learning.

Pongsak began his educational journey in the United States at the age of fifteen, completing his secondary education at Springdale High School before graduating with honours in Management Information Systems from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University, USA. His experience in international education fostered an understanding of project management, structured systems, and the importance of planning with a long-term mindset.
He later completed two Master degrees in Educational Executive Administration and MBA, further strengthening his perspective on organisational leadership, organizational strategy, and the design of effective operational systems.
Professionally, Mr. Pongsak gained extensive experience with Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company, working in supply chain and international logistics. He moved to the role of Plant Special Project Manager at Shell Deutschland GmbH (Grasbrook Center) in Hamburg, Germany, where he led several OEE project management, operational systems to improve production efficiency, advancing technological capabilities within the manufacturing environment.
At Imperial Bilingual School, Miss Pongsak plays a key role within the senior leadership team, contributing to School’s Strategic Development Plan, overseeing whole-school coordination, major school event planning, co-curricular activities development, and various external collboration.
In addition, he also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GO USA Global Exchange, an organisation dedicated to supporting students in preparing for international learning experiences and global educational pathways

Mr. Attapol began his education within the British boarding school system at the age of eight at Malvern College, one of the United Kingdom’s leading independent schools. Living and studying in the UK from an early age shaped a deep understanding of the school’s role in providing a balance and holistic development during a child’s formative years.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a master’s degree in IT Engineering for Manufacturing at the University of Warwick, before undertaking a postgraduate certificate in education. His education background established a strong foundation in engineering practice and the application of STEM knowledge within teaching and school learning communities.
Mr. Attapol has extensive teaching experience in Design & Technology (D&T), Robotics, and STEM embeded workshop, alongside within his extended responsibilities in educational quality assurance. As a Certified Inspector of Schools, he has contributed to the evaluation and development of educational standards, providing in-depth insight into quality improvement processes across schools nationwide.
At Imperial Bilingual School, Mr. Attapol plays a key role in the development of the school’s digital infrastructure, supporting the effective and continuous delivery of Hybrid Interactive Learning. In addition, his experience in IT and network systems with leading organisations, including Thai Airways and Tesco Lotus, has strengthened the school’s technological capabilities and the sustainable development of school’s digital infrastructure.
